My overall experience was good. However, you guys should know that the life insurance interviewer was extremely inappropriate, making comments on my health information throughout the interview. She repeatedly expressed surprise at my pregnancy weight gain, for example, saying she had "never heard of someone gaining so much" (even though my gain was well within the realm of normal). It made the interview a miserable experience. I hope you'll let her supervisors know that better training and better manners are in order.

Process was as stated. Happy that I was able to do the process alongside a busy life!!

I was disappointed in how long it has taken to get a copy of the policy. As I type this I still have not received it. Yet a week ago the first installment was taken out of my account. Jason Alper who assisted me was very good. I have since received an e-mail with the Declaration attached asking me to sign it and e-mail back for a faster transaction yet it asked me to check that I have received delivery of insurance policy and that I am signing stating I reviewed part l and part ll of the application attached to the policy. I am assuming that is actually part 1 & 2 as written on the application if it is indeed the same document I did on line with Jason? It further states that the insured must attest to the above declaration before the policy may be delivered or put in force yet below this it states to be completed when policy is delivered. This seems to be a conflict? I was hoping to get a copy of the policy e-mailed to me direct and then I could fill out the form and e-mail it back. Is this possible.

Medical interview was pretty quick and right in line with how the interviewer explained it. Approval was pretty quick even though it was over Christmas, New Years holidays. It took the amount of time the interviewer explained it would take. after approval, signing paperwork was all over email and was very quick. After signing and returning the docs, the policy was sent via email the next day. Would highly recommend. Seems like a great company.
