I think the only thing I had a problem with was understanding the role of each company dealing with my case. Next time (if ever), I'll make sure I truly understand. Other than that, it was great.

I would rate higher had there not been confusion over medical requirements and having to take an EKG which should have been part of the initial testing. Also, have requested annual certification of the policy several times and this is apparently confusing. I can't be the only divorcee who needs to provide annual certification to my ex-spouse that the policy is still in effect. The payer was incorrect on the policy and have not seen a corrected copy even though I've provided all the requisite information on routing and account number to draw the monthly payment from.

Over all results worked out, the time it took to process was exceptionally long and communication on the type of policy desired seemed to require extra effort
