I'm so impressed with the overall service. My agent Jason Alper is very professional and competent. But to me his customer service, kindness and treating me as a friend is outstanding. As they say you may not remember what someone says or does. But you will remember how they made you feel. He made me feel totally confident that this was the best policy and company for me. If I had a question or concern I'd email him and within a half hour he would have the answer and I would be totally at ease.Thank you Jason!
