Last week I helped my daughter purchase a term life insurance policy. This is not something one would look forward to, that is, it’s tedious and can be complex and must be done correctly. I searched online and found Jennifer Plisch at True Blue Insurance Company representing Mutual of Omaha. I called her and she talked me through the application process online. Jennifer did all the hard work by filling out the forms, crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s. I didn’t have to print anything, then sign and scan for return. All I did was click on a few boxes with my mouse and that’s it. I would recommend Jennifer Plisch and True Blue Life Insurance to anyone wanting to purchase online insurance.

I was very pleased with the help I received trying to find the coverage I wanted for the lowest premium. Other agents were trying to get me to go with what 'they' thought would be better (more expensive) but I was not pressured at all by Jason Alper. He understood that I did not want to pay for extra items that weren't necessary and quickly took care of the application process over the phone. I e-signed (?) the documents over the internet/email and Jason took it from there. He had no problem answering any questions that I came up with. He was very easy to talk to (a good listener).

She took the time and consideration to answer every single question, explain the process, and accommodate my busy work schedule. She even took the time to find a better quote for me after I initially had chosen one that was more expensive and provided less of the items I need for my family.
