It was ok but very slow

Too early to tell-but so far see no problems or issues--only filling out since it is required.

They could be a lot more tech savy and electronic credit card payments would bring service into the 21st century. Otherwise, a good company.

I am happy I have life insurance so Tha my family will have a little security.

My overall experience was good. However, you guys should know that the life insurance interviewer was extremely inappropriate, making comments on my health information throughout the interview. She repeatedly expressed surprise at my pregnancy weight gain, for example, saying she had "never heard of someone gaining so much" (even though my gain was well within the realm of normal). It made the interview a miserable experience. I hope you'll let her supervisors know that better training and better manners are in order.

to this point I am satisfied but wish they had of sent a paper policy to me so I did not have to copy from the computer.

Rated 3 stars only because I just signed up for policy. Great pricing though for a very reasonable coverage amount.

Very hard to believe they could not accept my credit card payment. Had to do a bank draw. Should be a very simple transaction.

Can’t really say...I haven’t received any policy papers yet or had any communication with them directly.

Required further review but satisfied.

It was even longer with another agent.

No experience with American National yet - other than working with Jen so I cannot really rate them!
